Is Osprey still worth it for everyday travel backpacks?

I’ve had a Daylite Plus in my rotation for 3 years, and I it still looks almost new. I haven’t been gentle with it either. It’s been on hikes, to theme parks, and the usual day to day all equally well. Focusing on non-hiking / outdoor uses, my Osprey backpacks have been comfortable (I like the stern

Cute, affordable, sturdy backpack?

Check out the Osprey Daylite Plus or Patagonia Refugio if you can find one on sale. Both are comfortable for carrying a laptop and daily college stuff without being huge. Also worth checking thrift stores or Amazon Warehouse for backpacks since you can sometimes get nicer brands under $100.

Bag advice?

Which Osprey do you love? I’m also a teacher and currently shove my lunchbox into my Daylite plus everyday but it can really just fit my lunchbox and a few small items. I LOVE the side pockets, breathable back and also the pouch thingy in the front which I toss my sunglasses and sunscreen in. I’m lo

Hiking Pack Recs?

Yes if you simply need more room to breathe…return the 11 and look for a sale on the Osprey Talon 22 or the Osprey Daylite Plus (20L)…they’re an all-around daypack size that you won’t outgrow and allow you to comfortably carry all your essentials And the Salomon Trailblazer 20 is an excellent budget

Perfect Travel Backpack

How much does it need to hold? If just things for the day and to be a personal item, I really love my Osprey daylite plus for this. It’s comfortable, small when you don’t have things in it, expands to fit all my crap when needed (a big part is the “shove it” pocket on the outside!), just enough orga

Small backpack for travel

I use a Daylite Crossbody Pouch (not Osprey Daylite Sling, also doesn't seem as popular yet is perfect as I keep all my in zipper pouches (tech, contacts, medicines, IV supplies as I do daily infusions) as a purse. And can wear the Daylite Plus on top of it with no problem. I know it is a 20 L ratin

Perfect Travel Backpack

Check out the Osprey Sojourn Porter 30 and the REI trail 40. The Sojourn Porter is on sale on Osprey site right now for $117, and the REI Trail comes in men’s and women’s and goes on sale a few times a year. I think the Osprey is better, personally. They both have ventilated back and hip belts. Both

what is an item under 50 dollars that changed your life?

I bought an osprey porter 40L travel pack and a daylite plus backpack. They meet the maximum size for carry on and personal item without going over. You can jam the porter full and cinch it down tight to maximize what you can bring. Best part is you can attach the daylite to the porter and only carr
