Your bag is perfect except for "that one thing" - what is it?
Osprey 26+6 It just needs an inner zip pocket which you can reach from the top zippers

First OneBag Trip to Asia with Osprey 26+6
Finding a good spot for my passport was really difficult for me. I wish there was something like a hidden compartment that the almond oak pack has. For the osprey 26+6 though, I might leave it in the laptop compartment but risk it getting bent by my laptop. I also plan to keep it in my daypack but I

Does this bag even exist??
I agree with this assessment. I don’t use the bag often because I find the tech panel is useless for my needs (strictly leisure travel, no electronics except for my phone, charging cable, and power bank) and adds unnecessary weight. I find packing the Cotopaxi Allpa and Osprey 26+6L much easier too.

Another Osprey 26+6 post
I recently bought the Osprey (edit: the Daylite, not the Transporter) 26+6 and Tomtoc T66 Liteway (28L) to compare as personal item bags. The Osprey is the only one I brought on trips — first a family car trip, then on a flight for a work trip.On the family trip I had no complaints. But on the work

First one bag trip - four days/five nights in New Orleans
Great write up! I haven’t seen that bag irl but it looks so tall, that’s great it fits! I got the Osprey 26+6 but disliked the lack of pockets and organization; I’ve leaned into packing cubes and pouches to help. lol So many pockets you lose track of things sounds like a luxury! Carry on bag for Ryanair
Cabin Zero 28L classic does that job exactly. Lifetime warranty. Fewer frills than the Osprey 26+6. More substantial materials, nice side compression straps, opens nice and wide and no side ways opening (which can get annoying).

Bag Finder Megathread - 18 May 2026
Trying to find a replacement bag and struggling to find something that fulfills all of my criteria. Currently using an Osprey 26+6 bag but not totally happy with it and trying to find a replacement. Budget isn't unlimited, but if it fits everything that I want I am willing to pay for it, though obvi

Hey, looking for some advice from people who have used bags in the 30–36L range. I’m 22, about 165 cm / 5'5", and I’m slowly moving toward longer one-bag travel. I have a 3-week China trip this October, probably another month-ish trip in early 2027, and maybe a 3–6 month trip later in 2027. Right no

I like the osprey 26+6 a lot. It’s great for budget airlines or weight sensitive airlines. It also fits in middle and window airplane seats better because it’s so small height wise. I think it falls short majorly on space. Online reviews says the 26 is more like 22l. And to fit nicely on airlines, y

Student/Business Travel I'm really deciding between the Osprey 26+6 and Decathlon Quechua NH500 23L Clamshell. For context, I'm going to law school, and I'm thinking about a bag to get for quick weekend and business trips for the next couple years. I don't need it to last forever, which is why I'm n
