On a flight, being asked to not put your bag in the overhead bin

I carry on an Osprey Daylite 35L backpack and inside is a Bellroy 6L Venture Sling. It goes under the seat and the backpack goes up and I’ve been asked a time or two to take the backpack down and the “it’s the larger of my two items” works every time.

Do you run to work?

I run home because I don’t have a place to shower but I use the osprey daylite, you can definitely run with a lighter laptop but anything heavy gets annoying really quickly.

Daylite 26+6: 3 day weekend trip

Osprey Daylite 26+6 packed for a 3 day trip to Arizona. Budget airlines and the Daylite 26+6 is a match made in heaven 🙌🏻. Plenty of room to spare, no need to expand the bag.

Absolutely floored having discovered what parents are expected to spend on school bags here. Is it normal?

Osprey Daylite Jr. is only 9l volume, thats a kindergarden backpack. A normal ergobag backpack has 19l volume. Normally the bigger backpacks cost more. I think it mainly a shopping issue. You want something decent for Our children and if you go to school backpack shop the prices there start all at a

Osprey Daylite 26+6 Front Loops

Officially, they are part of Osprey's attachment system where you can attach other backpacks (like the Daylite or the Daylite Plus) using their buckles. I've done this on occasion and it works great, though the back does extend out a bit so you have to be careful in crowded places.

What’s the one bag you didn’t regret buying after real travel?

Osprey Daylite 26+6. It's not a fancy bag but everything about its design is fantastic. I choose this over my Aer TP3 every time, which I'm going to sell.

Best structured small day packs?

Enjoy my osprey daylite, it is pretty small at only 13L but is what I was looking for in a small daypack. It has a structured back that stays pretty rigid when empty, doesn't have an overbearing number of pockets, nice sternum strap and waist strap, feels like a sturdy material, looks pretty sleek i

Roomette security

True, and between my feet is exactly where my bag goes. Osprey Daylite bags are small, and I only have my MacBook Air in it, so there really is no bulk. I leave my books and other stuff from the bag in the Roomette. I know the sleeping cars have almost no theft. But when you work as an independent c

2 Weeks in Colombia + Misc UL/Onebag Gear Review

Just going by measurements the Micro is more like 26 liters. Interesting that the Mini is smaller as well as the Daylite 26+6, neither of which really reflect the loaded depth. The DL266 depth measurement is definitely just the side seams and if you fill it reasonably full is more like 8” deep. My 4

Why don’t you guys include bag that you carry in EDC pics?

Ok, here's my weekend away bag that I am using on a trip right now. Comfortable to carry, and fits under the seat with no issues. Osprey Daylite 26+6. Am happy to post my daily work bag when I return.
