believe there's one from Bigme. you extremely do not want it. other than that the Boox Palma 2 Pro has 8GB but of course that's too small for this use case. we have similar uses; the ones I would consider for this are the Note Air 5C or either 13" device from Boox. all have the keyboard case option

there's only one device from Boox with 8GB RAM, and it is ironically the Palma 2 Pro which is also their smallest. imo they should standardize on 8GB but this is a tricky market to make that argument.
