Yeah, another performance question…
Your three options, all of which run the Strix Halo chips (Ryzen AI Max 395 and 385 APUs) and cost $2k+ are: The GPD Win 5: A 7 inch handheld The OneXPlayer OneXFly Apex: An 8 inch handheld The Ayaneo Next II: A 9.02 inch handheld that isn't out yet (only just coming online for preorders) Honestly,

MSI has an early look at the Void Purple Edition of the Claw 8 AI+ on the show floor at CES 2026, along with the Glacier Blue Edition!
Exactly. Claw 8 is already borderline not a handheld. They need to make compact 8 inch handhelds like Nintendo. Onexfly apex also looks quite big. Can we not do a middle ground between 8inch and 7inch? Would be perfect portability and screen estate

I just ordered mine after learning about this thing about 30 minutes ago (Pic of my order). Few Questions for you guys...
I suggest, buy the SlimQ charger or the OneXFly Apex charger (just also purchase a longer XT60 to DC Barrel 5525 cable). The default charger is heavy and bulky AF. :D

WIN5 vs Onexfly Apex
I pre-ordered the Gpdwin 5, I was waiting to see how the onexfly is and although its screen is 8 inches I find it difficult to bet on OneXFly, the removable battery is supposed to not only improve the temperatures but to make it lighter and more comfortable to play, but it will be heavier and I thin

What handheld is the best for replacing all my lost gaming devices?
Xbox Ally X is the best do-everything handheld IMO. Good performance, battery, great ergonomics, just a perfect all-in-one package. MSI Claw 8ai+ is a little less refined but has a bigger 8 inch screen. However, I wouldn’t recommend either to fully replace a gaming PC. If you want raw performance, t

Absolute clownery from this company - 3 months repair time for a broken Flip 2
That’s interesting, I was not actually aware of that. I’ve just heard a number of horror stories about devices taking months to repair and then being return with new problems, or devices not actually arriving for months and customer service being extremely difficult to get in touch with. Gotta say,

I chose the Lenovo Legion Go S
I definitely feel that - these grips don’t change the weight obviously, they just make it so my big-ass hands no longer cramp up or feel constrained while playing, which I think makes it just feel a bit less heavy overall. I mean, the Legion Go 2 really is right on the line of being too heavy for me

It’s Jover. 1999.99$ for a z2e 1tb
The onexfly apex being worth it is subjective but there are a lot of people it’s worth it too. I suppose but handhelds are objectively not the best price to performance way to play on PC. You're paying a premium for the form factor, portability and convenience but alot of that is lost due to the Str

I've decided to sell my Lenovo Legion Go 2 Z2 Extreme 2TB 32GB RAM
Apparently the specs on their store page are just straight up totally wrong? https://onexplayerstore.com/products/onexfly-apex-worlds-most-powerful-8-gaming-handheld I’m going by the fact that the specs here have it at 699 grams without the battery, and about 380g weight of the battery itself, for a
