Yes. And yes. In January of 2025 I purchased a OnePlus 13 phone that came with the watch 2R as a free gift. Best freebie ever. I've also had Samsung Galaxy smartwatches, and the versa 2 after a couple of older fitbits. I also recently tried and am returning a Garmin venue x1.

I can't compare to the pixel watch 4 but I can say as someone who's owned a Pixel watch 1,2, and 45mm 3, the 3's battery is so good you want be disappointed (I sold both my 1 and 2 because of battery).
