OnePlus watch 2r here very slow updates but honestly you don't get much in these updates anyway so I wouldn't worry

Yes. And yes. In January of 2025 I purchased a OnePlus 13 phone that came with the watch 2R as a free gift. Best freebie ever. I've also had Samsung Galaxy smartwatches, and the versa 2 after a couple of older fitbits. I also recently tried and am returning a Garmin venue x1.

I can't compare to the pixel watch 4 but I can say as someone who's owned a Pixel watch 1,2, and 45mm 3, the 3's battery is so good you want be disappointed (I sold both my 1 and 2 because of battery). It depends on how it's manufactured and how easy it is to get the replacement battery. Especially the fact if it's the right chemistry as OnePlus has switched over to silicon carbon based lithium batteries ever since the OnePlus 13 and 13R phones. Not sure about the 2R but I know the Watch 3 has tha
