Funny. I own an OM-1 and am looking at S5's at the moment as an affordable full frame body. Anyhow, you will not fetch a good price for that S5 since they've been so heavily discontinued. Also, keep in mind the crop factor when adapting glass to M43. You will be zoomed in 2x. I wouldn't really switc

The Olympus OM-D E-M10 Mark IV is currently an excellent value purchase ($599 In the states), but the GX9, Gx85 and OM5 have some really useful features. I use a GX1 and OM-D E-M10 Mark ii on trips.

I think you've done great research. I've owned many camera's over the years and the EM10ii has been one of them. It has been the single best bang for buck body I've owned in my life. For reference: Canon EOS 5D Mark IIICanon EOS 550DOlympus OM-D E-M1 Mark IIIOlympus OM-D E-M10 Mark IINikon D70Nikon

the best "bang for buck" right now is the E-M1 mark II in my opinion. You get great AF, great sensor, excellent IBIS, you don't have to worry too much about battery life (and you can track it well, so you're not left in the dark as how much battery you have left). The only "problem" of the E-M1ii is

if you have about 200 bucks to spend on the camera body and want the best out of your money : go get an E-M10 mark II, this is bar none the best camera that you'll find in this kind of price point. Spending less will get you considerably less, and spending more will not give you a ton of difference,

I also have an Olympus E-M10 Mark II + Olympus 17mm f/1.8 sitting on my desk, but in silver. My first camera since picking up the hobby near the end of the pandemic. Got it because I love the silver vintage look. Has served me fairly well. Thinking of getting an OM-5 or E-M5 III next.

Nice find ! Congratulations !. I couldn't find any e-m1's in Denmark for a fair price so I bought a om-d e-m10 mark ii with kit lens, 128gb sd card and a shuttercount on 800 for $325 and I'm loving it.

For a total beginner I'd say look out for an E-M10 mark II and go with that. It's small, feels great in the hand with good stabilisation and stills autofocus in good light, and comes in substantially cheaper a lot of the time - I see them to for 150-200€ regularly and it's easily worth that even if

I would suggest the E-M1 Mark II. Costs $604 om mpb.com, just $120 more than the E-M5 Mark II and it's a fully professional level camera from 2016 that has much better continuous AF than the E-M10 Mark I. It's also, in my opinion, the single best deal in used cameras available right now, mostly beca
