No one cares. But if you want to feel better wear a high skirt and pull it up over your belly. Get a webcam with a softening filter like the OBSBOT Tiny Lite.

I always find face tracking annoying. Feels like a feature that 0.1% actually benefits from. That said, my obsbot tiny 2 4k is absolutely perfect!
