Get an Obsbot Tiny 2 Lite, some cheap lights, make your background look nice and there is no turning back. Also I highly recommend 2 cheap monitors and a cheap desk that's on wheels.

I always find face tracking annoying. Feels like a feature that 0.1% actually benefits from. That said, my obsbot tiny 2 4k is absolutely perfect!
