I would look into something like the Logitech Mevo Start, or OBSBOT Tail Air 2 for the cameras as they both support internal live-streaming, and can be controlled with a phone/tablet. It has an internal battery, so you can take it outdoors and stream directly with your phone app—no computer required. It’s also compact and portable, making it suitable for IRL live streaming with frequent movement.

You could consider an obsbot tail air. The ptz capabilities might be nice too so if it’s placed in the wrong direction it can be corrected.

I currently use 3 Tail Airs on stage to record multiple performers. I use one Obsbot remote to control them. I set 3 preset positions/zoom per camera (9 total settings) and usually press auto track after choosing a preset. Works really well.

There are many, many livestreaming cameras. However, from context, I am assuming you are looking specifically for one that also has a built in battery -- so that you can mount the camera (temporarily) somewhere with no wires whatsoever. And then you just get live video somewhere else on the same WiF
