I will second the idea that lighting helps. I don't know how they hold up long term, but I just got an Obsbot tail 2 and I'm happy with the image, it's 4k, ai auto tracking, and has hdmi and sdi output, and internal recording, which is all I need

Live streaming system for church
You could check obsbot tail 2 cameras. They have NDI and SDI. OBS could be a good start for free. vMix if you need more features in the future.

8 Wireless Camera options, opinions
I've recently had the obsbot tail 2 in my hands and they're pretty damn good. I think wireless could definitely be an option but you need a good wifi access point as close to the camera's as possible and I'd wire that into your own setup so you have your own lan network.
