So pretty! I have very fair olive skin with yellow undertones and I really like to wear soft warm pinks like this for lips. Check out Nyx soft matte lip cream in shade Stockholm. It’s cheap, feels soft, smooth and light, and is non drying. I LOVE this shade. Nyx website describes it as muted peach.

Looking for a pinky-brown matte liquid lipstick for medium tan skin
So cool tones are harder to formulate than warm tones, and so at the cheaper end you may find the formula either is terrible, or the colors are too warm. But have you tried NYX Soft Matte Lip Cream? They have the most cool shades on the market at the low end. Going up a tier, if you like MAC colors

So I bought Acting Natural & Fleshpot
Have you tried the Fenty Stunna Lip Paint in Uncuffed? It's like a greige nude that might work, or maybe Glossier's Generation G in Like - super muted and pale. NYX also has some really light shades in their Soft Matte Lip Creams that are way cheaper if you wanna test the waters first
