Choosing a first HE board

ran into this same choice last month. epomaker software is indeed a bit clunky, but the board itself felt solid. the akko software is smoother if you plan to tweak settings often. another one i'd throw in the ring is the NuPhy Air60 HE if low-profile is your thing — software is way more intuitive an

I keep going back to my modded Nuphy Air60 v2. Been in the hobby for a few years, have built 5 awesome creamy keyboards but i continue to find myself going back to my Air60. Anyone else have a similar experience? It does not feel as good, sound as good or look as good as my customs but something abo

He

I think the Nuphy Air60 HE sounds good and feels solid. If you don’t like the purple transparent keys on the right side of the keyboard, they include extra dark keys you can use in their place.

WH80 Missing Keystrokes/Skipped Keystrokes/Not Registering Keystrokes - MY FIX - Replicable Issue

I have a Nuphy air60 v2 and it does this constantly. Last Nuphy product of any kind I buy. They couldn't have tested this for 5 minutes and not noticed this.

Didn't believe the RMA horror stories - now I'm experiencing my own.

Similar situation here. I was all-in on Razer peripherals for ten years, but I got so tired of the absolute shit-tier build quality, QA, and CS that I've replaced everything but my Atlas Pro (it's a piece of glass, can't really fuck that up) and Naga Pro V2 (there just isn't really a great MMO mouse

I have a Nuphy Air75v3 (brown switches) and a Nuphy Node75 (grey heron switches). A Nuphy Air60 v2 (Moss switches) is on the way. All of these are low profile keyboards. Now I'm thinking about buying a high profile keyboard to be able to play and experiment with regular switches. But I'm in doubt wh

Purely for gaming performance, should I build my own or buy prebuilt?

Looking at kits, honestly if you're not sure about building one yourself(its easy, but its a whole thing) and wanting the lowest latency you should really consider a wired board. Any wireless board will have much higher latency whether its through 2.4 dongle or Bluetooth. I use wired only, and I jus

Budget Keyboard

i had an rk61 die on me too, so i feel the hunt. for a quiet wireless board in that range, the keychron v1 max or nuphy air60 v2 are both solid. the v1 max has a 75% layout with pre-lubed switches that are pretty muted out of the box. if you stick with 60%, the air60 v2's low-profile switches feel s

Hi I’m new to mechanical keyboards, and after trying out a colleague’s keyboard (a NuPhy Air60 V2 Red), I really enjoyed the typing feel compared to my Logitech MX Master Keys (Mac layout). The problem is I’m looking for a keyboard with an ISO French Mac layout. From my research, I’ve only found a f

Annoying issue on Air75 v2 with modifier keys and layers

TLDR: If you are willing to trade out the Bluetooth in order to get your keymaps to work properly, build and install the firmware from source using make, following their GitHub's instructions. Only some models and only ANSI. --- Hey, all After almost a year of struggling with this issue on my Air75
