I bought an Eleiko Loadable dumbell set which includes plates and open collar. If by handles you mean knurling, I'd say it's my favourite. Was a bit rough when I just bought them as my previous adjustable dumbells (Nuobells) had a more passive/smoother knurling. I'm pretty sure I can squeeze 4 plate
