Weight adjustable dumbbells worth it?

If space and budget arent an issue go with fixed. At the end of the day, the best adjustables are all trying to mimic the durability and feel of fixed dumbbells. However, if you want to save space/monies go with adjustables. Powerblocks/reppins are very durable/reliable. The ones that mimic dumbbell

What’s the best bang for your buck adjustable dumbbells?

Just got some snodes on sale that I'm pretty happy with. Got them like $100 cheaper than the nuobells with some flat magnetic weights included (2.5 on each side of dumbbell for those 5 lb increments). The only quick adjust dumbbells I'm aware of that are going to be fine if you do accidentally drop

32 kg vs 40 kg adjustable dumbbells: which ones should I choose for long-term muscle growth?

The thing is, the €400 ones are imported from China and don't have a brand, while the €600 ones are already sold in my country under a branded name. Some people say they're basically the exact same dumbbells, but because they've added a brand, they charge more. I don't think they're expandable. Is t

Weekly Free-Talk and Questions for r/HomeGym - week of July 17, 2026

I am looking to buy a pair of adjustable dumbbells in the EU. Not Nuobells because of the durability issues and outrageous pricing, and not the ones with the manual unscrewing/plate loading mechanism (like Ironmaster). So far I am considering either Braingain or Rexgym (Kingsgym) adjustable dumbbell

Adjustable dumbbell advice (Reppins VS Powerblocks)

I have the original nuobells and I like the twist action to select weights but they just don’t feel as solid as I would like for the cost

Alibaba Adjustable Dumbbells

That isnt true. If someone hadn't been making cheap bootleg copies of nuobells, they'd be buying nuobells or some other adjustable sumbell. If someone else were selling these for $16.50, you'd be claiming that these dumbells weren't aligned with what people were willing to pay.

Mb mini beast? They look like Snode but go up to 100 lbs. Anyone tried these?

Per 1 of the reviews on the site: Runs in 10lb increments and jumps 20lbs from 80-100 for final increments. I've never had an exercise where I've jumped 10lbs from 1 week to another; at least with the Nuobells, the increments are 5lbs and then I just throw on a few PlateMates or Microgainz plates to
