If space and budget arent an issue go with fixed. At the end of the day, the best adjustables are all trying to mimic the durability and feel of fixed dumbbells. It kinda depends how heavy you are going. If you only need 50lbs, any on fb market is fine. Even the bowflex ones if you can get it for cheap. If you’re going up to 80lbs I probably recommend snode, mx or trulaps. I have the nuobells which are FANTASTIC but I only love them bc I got it for really ch

Personally I sold my nuobells for a set of dumbbells I got used. Just way more satisfying to use. Don’t have to baby them. And I’m just used to it from the regular gym.

I haven’t looked too closely at the newer Nuobells, but I believe they are still prone to drop damage? I’ve never dropped mine, and they’ve been great, but I just think it’s a matter of time. Avoid Nuobells, they are terrible. Go for Rep Pepin or Ironmasters!
