Best VPN?
After reading this thread and multiple other Reddit threads, I have come to the conclusion that the best VPN providers, along with their Christmas deals, are: NordVPN (http://nordvpn.com/vpndeal): I grabbed this one during the Christmas sale last year and honestly it’s been the most stable VPN I’ve

Australia just banned under-16s from social media and I’m furious at parents for forcing this on the rest of us
DO NOT USE FREE VPNs Remember, if an online service is free, you are the product I can't remember which one it was but one of the bigger free VPNs was just selling data & wasn't really doing anything to protect their users identifiable info. Nord always has deals on; I use both their VPN service & N

Best VPN?
I’ve been using NordVPN for over a year and haven’t had any issues. It has a solid no-logs policy, allows torrenting, offers fast speeds, and works well for streaming/unblocking sites. It’s not the cheapest, but for reliability and privacy, I’d definitely recommend it.

can't trust any of them tbh
Raycon is a simple to explain one, they are much lower quality than many competitors at a similar price point. So they slap on the illusion of quality and relentlessly market themselves to corner the market. Surfshark and Nord VPN are singled out because they are VPN's. They don't do most of the cla

it does what every VPN does. it changes your IP so it appears you're connecting from another country, but they rely on scare tactics like "every site knows your exact location" while offering a "solution" that doesn't solve anything at all. most sites know when you're using a VPN, so it's not some m

So not private?
Surfshark is owned by the same entity as NordVPN. They are associated with Tesonet, a company which has a data mining arm (OxyLabs). I would suggest you stick with the PrivacyGuides recommendations for VPNs, that is, Proton VPN, Mullvad, or IVPN: https://www.privacyguides.org/en/vpn/
