NSW2: How subscriptions work
FFXIV Coins can be used for optional items There it is. Nintendo wants a cut of every Switch 2 player using the Mogstation. Even the PlayStation version doesn't do that lol (though we do get one free Aetheryte destination as a PlayStation Plus perk)

Nintendo Switch has now sold 156.59 Million Units, Nintendo Switch 2 now at 23.68 Million Units sold Worldwide!
Hardware is amazing but software is a concern, just 9.46 million sold this quarter compared to 16.41 million for Switch 1 in it's equivalent quarter. After five quarters Switch 2 totals 58.17 million games sold compared to 68.97 million for Switch 1. The Switch 1 had a much lower installbase at this

Nintendo reports a full 38.5% of its sales are still physical in the wake of Sony abandoning discs
This isn’t a great number. PlayStation sales were 50% physical at the start of this gen. At that time, Nintendo’s sales were 80% physical. What will it be by the time they launch the Switch 2’s successor?
