If the issue is the joycon and not the switch (test it with another joycon, eg a friends joycon) mail the joy con to Nintendo repairs and they’ll replace it for free. If the issue is the switch, Nintendo will likely still repair it, but for an added cost, so possibly see if there’s local repair shop

Also, if they are in the US (at least, not sure about other places), Nintendo will still as of last month replace a Joy-Con with stick drift for free, even if it's out of warranty. They won't do that for a Switch Lite.
