As someone who has the Bambino plus and a Eureka Mignon Specialita grinder, as well as the Ninja Luxe 601 I can say that the Ninja is definitely an easier machine for someone else in the household to operate while making good enough espresso or back to back drinks, as the workflow is so much faster.

Sounds great. The only problem I see is that no two Grinders are the same. Yes, yes, I know you know that, but what I mean is, not that one make of grinder is different from another. Two grinders from the same company, same model number, built on the same day are not the same. Just a slight off axis
