I just bought an ES701 refurb from the Ninja store on ebay for GBP 401, with a 1-year Ninja warranty. If you trust the retailer, I don't think you have anything to worry about

I have the new ES701 and it has a heavy portafilter. Like no kidding you can knock someone out with it. Maybe ninja will sell this as an option for replacement on their site soon. Just keep an eye out for it!
