Need your help!

It will not be sharper. It will have more images in focus, because the Z5 I will miss focus more often than the Z5 II. The Z5 II is an evolution of the Z5 I so it's "better", but that won't make a difference if the Z5 I is enough for the use you'll make. Lenses are more complicated. Read this.

Thinking of making the switch from DSLR to Mirrorless

I moved from an old D70 to a new z5 and it's lovely. Autofocus is not as good as it could be but that's in comparison to the higher end of Nikon's range which are quite good. The z5ii is a great camera that does better autofocus. Mine is a great camera, like carrying a miniature medium format camera

I see Nikon Z but there are different models? Which Model? I am trained on SLR and DSLR. Would be for portraiture, family and wedding.

Nice. I have a Z5 II and it's great, it's more camera than I will ever truly need, fantastic value, and I do like the slightly nicer full-frame look, although I am sure I would be very happy with a Z50 II, and I must admit sometimes the size and especially weight of the full-frame system can be a lo

What cameras are good for car Photography

If you want to start fairly cheaply, but still with a very capable camera, you can buy Nikon Z5 and Tamron 70-300mm. I will post pictures later, but I was at Imola with this combo and have gotten some pretty awesome shots. You could probably find them used, but even new they are fairly affordable de

Help in choosing Nikon Zf and Fujifilm XT5

I use the XT5 with the 33mm f1.4, I love this set up. It gives me the look i want, and the AF is quick but I would switch to the ZF or the Z5 II tomorrow if I could. The Z5 II is about the same size as the X-T5 with better AF, less megapixels, PASM and cheaper. After having owned my X-T5 for awhile,

Long time Nikon user, question for the group..

Either will be a major upgrade to the D3200. The main benefits of the Z50II over the D7500 are a Live View on the rear screen that is more usable thanks to no delay (Nikon DSLRs have a massive delay due to how they prime the shutter) and advanced subject detection and tracking for AF including face

d850 or z6ii?

Z5 II. Amazing price for what you get. Autofocus is on par with Nikon’s higher end bodies.

Upgrade Advice?

I went from the D7200 with 200-500 nikon to a z5-ii with 180-600 and it's been worth it, I think. I might have gone for the z6-iii if the firmware supported birds when I got the camera, but I was literally going on a birding trip the week after the Z5-ii came out, so waiting another half year was no

Z7ii, Z6iii or Z6ii

If you are thinking about going with the Z6II or Z7II I would recommend looking at the Z6 and Z7 too. The used prices of these are ridiculuous and nikon didn't really improve the af going to second generation significantly. That makes the Z6, Z7 a very good deal if you can live with one memory card.
