In a little over 2 hours from posting this, Nikon D5s might be headed to the moon!
Ok I gotta ask…. Why in gods name would they do a 40mm F/2? That seems like the weirdest thing in history to cheap out on. Billions to go to the moon, thousands to get a Z9. Get one of the budget Nikon non-sealed lenses to go with it?

We actually added the S1 II to our tools alongside our Z 9 bodies last summer as a high end hybrid tool for photo and some videography with better low light and high ISO capabilities and also a better dynamic range compared to the Z 9. Not to mention better video capabilities. We've been with Nikon
