Good Wi-Fi Router in 2026. Any recommendation?

Just did this - 7 people, 3 floors. Went through a few mesh systems (tplink be4800, be5000, XE75). Replacement for AX4300 EOS

I purchased this Netgear RS700S from the Amazon Renewed store a few months ago. It came packaged and looks brand new. You wouldn't know the difference. Super easy setup and works great. This replaced my Rax120 which reached its EOS. https://a.co/d/0j8oQAtP

Which router should I get?

You're understanding is correct. The AdTran routers they provide are garbage! You're better off going with your own router. Lots of folks prefer Ubiquiti and they're decent, though I've had great luck with a Netgear RS700S. Dual 10GB WAN and LAN ports along with multiple 1GB ports and the latest and
