Has happened twice to me already. Only option Narwal gave me was to send the whole unit back. They said it could be 6-8 weeks before I’d get it back. I opted to just buy them myself. I think it and the Narwal flow are the only two. I was hoping to not have a roller mop though.

No matter what you do, stay away from the Narwal Flow. Using mine since November and it’s a mess! It’s my third Robot and the worst by far. Navigation is inconsistent and faulty. Suction is really bad, even on hardfloor it’s not able to collect all debris and dirt. The mopping is the only good thing
