Yeah that makes sense. I've owned multiple roborocks, a mova, a eufy, a eureka, two narwals, and now have another eufy on order. I have no brand loyalty. I've never been paid to say anything about these companies. The flow has just been the biggest let down of any of the vacuums I've owned.

I’ve opened a ticket with Narwal for the same or similar issue. It only does it on carpet. Before it worked just fine, but then started doing this mode and sometimes not lifting the front, but just complaining that the wheels are stuck even though they’re not. Definitely open a ticket with them so i

I've had my Flow since launch and just today observed stupid behavior. All this time since it has been great. Today, it was repeatedly crashing into the same corners and objects for 5-10 seconds, it crashed into a play kitchen (solid wood, no glass at robot height) for a good 3 minutes, only moving

My Flow 2 seems to skip cleaning the thin barrier lines between rooms. Having an open concept design where our living room blends into the kitchen, there is no physical barrier, but because I've split them into two "Rooms" in the map, it skips cleaning a small part where the barrier is on the map. I

No matter what you do, stay away from the Narwal Flow. Using mine since November and it’s a mess! It’s my third Robot and the worst by far. Navigation is inconsistent and faulty. Suction is really bad, even on hardfloor it’s not able to collect all debris and dirt. The mopping is the only good thing

I didn’t notice any kind of shipping damage when I got it. The box was fine. I also don’t believe the original mop guide was ”broken” due to any kind of improper installation on my end. I also don’t think the it broken upon arrival because it worked great and was quiet for the first 3 months. I also
