Narwal can not enter base

I think it’s a bug from the last update. I have 7 Narwal flows between my house and office and 3 of them are doing the same thing. 3 different ones are currently having problems with medium pile carpet saying the wheels can’t move. The last two updates have been SUPER buggy. Open a ticket with Narwa

Flow strange behavior

I’ve opened a ticket with Narwal for the same or similar issue. It only does it on carpet. Before it worked just fine, but then started doing this mode and sometimes not lifting the front, but just complaining that the wheels are stuck even though they’re not. Definitely open a ticket with them so i

THIS is the cleaning job it did?

I've had my Flow since launch and just today observed stupid behavior. All this time since it has been great. Today, it was repeatedly crashing into the same corners and objects for 5-10 seconds, it crashed into a play kitchen (solid wood, no glass at robot height) for a good 3 minutes, only moving

Narwal Flow 2 - A Robot With Too Many Weaknesses?

Understood. You seemed to have a negative view on the flow, which you are entitled to. But it’s relative as none of these robot brands or models are perfect. For a roller, I liked the Roborock curve 2 flow and probably would’ve kept it if my thresholds weren’t an issue for it. Much better app and va

Narwal Flow 2 at #7 on Vacuum Wars…

I would’ve been happy if I could use the software and app of the Roborock Curve 2 Flow with the Narwal (they are both flows after all!

Does the mobile app have ads?

You'd think right? I've had my Flow for about 6 months and the app experience has been awful. It's very buggy/laggy and lacks a ton of features other companies have. I've owned dreame, roborock, and eufy. My parents have a mova. All of the apps are head and shoulders above narwal. It's unfortunately

Shout out to Narwal Customer Service

I actually felt the Roborock Curve 2 Flow was better built. Unfortunately, it can’t go over my thresholds. And the RR app is light years ahead of the Narwal one in my opinion

Flow 2 after two days

That's true robot/app has many bugs.I have narwal flow 2 for 3 days and there's a small issue list I noticed: Won't always go to the room I trigger in current task. In example: I set task to clean 5 rooms. He clean 3 of it. There's no closed door or any obstacle. Starts planned cleaning few hours be

Flow 2 Firmware Update

I can’t say I like how the app shows history as it’s not intuitive. The folks at Narwal should find whoever is responsible for the Roborock app and pay all they have to in order to hire him/her. The Roborock app is light years ahead of what I’m using with my Flow 2.
