I lose mouse pointer on right half of monitor when Pimax crystal is connected
In my case I have the MSI MAG 321UPX monitor and I had to disable DSC in the menu. This fixed the issue for me. However it does cause other issues without DSC I can't use 240hz on 4k with DP 1.4. Hope for a fix that doesn't require disabling DSC.
