Older katana like my gf75 were built with quality however the lower end models now are very ridden with quality issues. Network Wifi Drivers failing
Sounds like hardware degradation. If you’ve nuked the BIOS, reset drivers, tried Windows 10 and 11, and it's still flaking out, it’s likely the card itself. MSI’s GF75 Thin models might have trash-tier Intel AX200/201 cards that fry after a few years of heat cycles. The fact that reinstalling helps

I kept mine at "balanced" at 70% for about 4 years. On my 5th year with my MSI GF75 and the battery finally started failing this year.
