No, Z2 Go is really weak if you compare it to Z1 Extreme or Z2 Extreme or the APU from Msi Claw 8 AI+. Not worth $800. IMO get Xbox Ally X, MSI Claw A8, Legion Go 2, MSI Claw 8Ai+, Legion Go S (with Z1 Extreme) or a ROG Ally X (Z1 Extreme)

I love my claw a8 but as much as I love it. I won't buy any msi device at the future anymore cause of that same reason you have stated. Lack of driver support. But I'm still enjoying my a8 despite of lack of driver updates it still runs fine.
