I’m currently in contact with Mova support because my Mova V50 Ultra Complete recently fell down the stairs. After setting up a virtual wall, the robot still keeps trying to bypass it. Now they’re telling me I should set up a “No-Go Area.” But shouldn’t this be unnecessary? I would expect the robot’
