Drugstore: Milani Highly Rated Tubing mascara. Higher end: Lancome Lash Idole mascara. These two work quite well and have no smudges.

ISO lasting mascara
I have really oily skin and just recently bought Milani Highly Rated tubing mascara and I love it! $14 on Amazon. How do I stop having this issue
I've figured out if I use the really cheap stuff, this is what usually happened. Raccoon eyes within minutes. A better eyeliner and a tubing mascara will probably help. I really like Revlon color stay cream eyeliner (comes in a little pot and brush) or their liquid eyeliner. I like Milani's Highly R
