I love Milani highly rated tubing mascara! The formula is on the watery side so I recommend leaving the wand out for a bit (1-2 mins should be fine). and then apply like normal!!

ISO lasting mascara
I have really oily skin and just recently bought Milani Highly Rated tubing mascara and I love it! $14 on Amazon.
