I always hear good things about the MiiCoffee/Turin grinders, except for minor retainage and power issues. If I was starting from scratch on a budget, I'd definitely get the DF54. But by the time you get up to the DF64 or DF83 budgets, other premium models seem to get better reviews.

(answering as a cafe owner) What is your budget ? I would focus on getting a grinder that is designed for consistency and reliability. Most domestic kitchen grinders will just fail with repeated use, they are not designed for. A DF54 you could try, but I suspect most of the Turin/MiiCoffee grinders
