4 Player Game that my Disabled MIL can play

Thank you to u/Gnarlzwhite for alerting me to this thread. Weekly gaming nights with the family sound wonderful, and I'm sure there are ways to make this work with her GVHD and limited hand dexterity. Let's just assume that holding a standard controller is out of the question. What is out there... F

PS5 access controller on PC with Logitech gaming buttons - variable triggers - possible?

thanks for the reply. you can set up your ps access controller via your pc on https://www.jfedor.org/ps-access/ The problem is, you will lose your default setup you have configured now. you can choose the jack inputs you would need (E1, E2,E3,E4) and choose what it will do. you can also tick the box

Questions about the Xbox Adaptive Controller!

Mine was defective day 1 (joystick drift) Microsoft said there was nothing wrong with it. I proved them wrong finally after replacing the joystick 3 separate times but it took me longer than the 90 days to prove it. I reported the problem the first week after I bought it and every time I replaced th

What device do you wish you had to help with your disabilities that isn't made today?

Something that adds more inputs besides the Xbox adaptive controller that imitates a keyboard, so I can bind switches to more than just the 14 the XAC offers.

XBox Adaptive Joystick manufacturing quality issues?

Great point. Another irritation was the you couldn't use the Adaptive Accessories with XAC (last I heard). I believe the team that made those was made redundant not long after they were launched...in one of the post COVID purges. It's very sad how far Microsoft have moved from the company that was o

Best social game for physically disabled?

Most people looking to game are looking for controllers that help with limited motor control (Xbox Adaptive Controller or Sony Access Controller). However I think you may be better served looking into an EEG device like one of the Emotiv products. There's a streamer called Perrikaryal who uses one m

Accessibility Question regarding Trackpad

The Ploopy Trackpad is an USB only trackpad that presents to the PC host as a Microsoft Precision Trackpad device, which I believe is not compatible with the XAC since its USB ports is supposed to only work with HID joysticks/gamepads. I don't think it's going to be a good fit for your use case. Sou

What would be the least harmful system to play games on if I have nerve compression in my neck and shoulders down to my right arm?

You could also look at aftermarket options! The Hori split pad is basically a Switch Pro controller broken in half that can be used in the same way. Mobapad is also a solid brand. Since they're both "regular" controllers they don't have the same markup something like the XBOX adaptive controller doe

XBox Adaptive Joystick manufacturing quality issues?

Found this thread because I have the same drift issue with my brand new Xbox Adaptive Controller. I have a hand injury and a thumb stick as a mouse is exactly what I need, if it worked!
