How can I improving BG3’s accessibility for being disabled?
Xbox adaptive controller is supposed to be cool. I personally have a keyboard in my lap and a trackpad style mouse velcroed to my wheelchair. There’s so much stuff out there.

Does being disabled really make a difference?
You can 100% do it. You might want to look into getting a custom controller or an Xbox Adaptive Controller if you want to play more mechanically intensive heroes though (assuming you’re on console). If you’re on PC there are a lot more accessibility options. IIRC there was a quadriplegic who managed
