Great breakdown! MMO7+ has done justice. On the point of the power saving feature - I have the same frustrations. the length of time before the mouse goes idle is extremely short but the more annoying thing is having to click a button on the mouse for it to wake up. Was a little bummed that the new MMO7+ didn't come with a pinky wing or a raised palm rest, but I found 4 or 5 of each along with a bunch of other components! MadCatz just released the MMO 7+. I don't play a lot of MMOs, but I still think it is their best mouse. It currently doesn't come with a pinky rest, but it is compatible with the previous MMO 7 pinky rest, and MadCatz said they will release a pinky rest accessory in the future (hopefully a near one)

Appreciate the review! Ordered mine two days ago! Fiest time Mad Catz user. I've only used the "traditional" MMO mice /w the numpad on the side. Really looking forward to the switch!

Just got mine today. It was hard for me to pick it up until I put my old pinky rest on. I'm ecstatic. I'm going to force myself to wait 2 days and then I'm going to place another order. Thanks MadCatzGuy. (I recently created an account just to post about the MMO7+)

I really enjoyed this mouse coming from a roccat tyon, but then the mad catz mmo7+ came back and I swapped back to it. I like mice that have buttons separated like these. It's easier than the mass of buttons so close together on the side. I'm not precise enough to use those things.

Roccan Kone XP air has you covered. Same with Mad Catz MMO7+ (just released in Japan, coming to the rest of the world soon). Asus Chackram X. If you're happy with fewer buttons: Kysona Uranus Pro. Keychron M7. That's all I can remember off the top of my head.
