MAC Taupe 😢

It's like Mac Taupe... it is NOT TAUPE nor has it ever been.

The new Mac Taupe doesn't look like this

maybelline more taupe is exactly what the image is, but i wouldnt call it pinky brown. more taupe (and mac taupe, its a dupe) is rather orangey and brickish. if thats what youre looking for, great! this line of lipstick from maybelline is really good, i find it to be relatively long lasting. however

Im the perfect example of dupes looking poles apart on, not one has ever worked on me so far and i buy them within luxe only so no major quality difference and dont have it in me to give major dupes of anything like a brow gel too any more chances since every money spent has been down the drain, so

I get the same awful coral brown with Mac Taupe but Mac Whirl lip pen is accurate to its color on me. I don’t suit cool toned lipsticks, eyeshadows or blushes yet Mac Taupe doesn’t turn out right on me. Velvet teddy works ok but not completely correct in its tone. I believe I’m neutral.
