I have super dry skin & I love the tower 28 hydrating concealer! Mixing in moisturizer with your tinted moisturizer or foundation works well for me. As for lips, I like MAC products because of the variety. You don’t want a lip liner that glides TOO much or else it’ll just smudge off. The MAC lipstic
