I'm going crazy with an audio problem that started right after I bought my new ViewSonic VX2728J-2K monitor (2K at 180Hz). I’m not sure what’s happened, but my lighspeed isn’t working, it’s got enough charge, it’s working on Bluetooth, and I’ve tried a G535 lightspeed and it’s working, I think it’s a problem with the USB but I’m not sure.

I’ve had this issue since I got this headset and one time I managed to fix it but in all honesty I tried so many things that I can’t tell how I did it. My pc recognizes there is a microphone though it doesn’t work at all. I’ve tried everything and I’ve ran out of ideas.
