Hello I use a Logitech G435 on my ps5 but it’s stuck on base volume but only on the ps5 I can control the volume on pc or my mobile device but my ps5 is stuck on base volume could anyone help I’ve only seen one other person with this problem

So basically when I press the button I can hear the audio increase for a slight second before returning to what it originally was, this usually happens when I use it via bluetooth with my iphone but occasionally will happen when using with the lighspeed connection (only happened about once or twice)

Help needed! I have a pair of the G435 lightspeed headphones and for some odd reason the volume (for like half a second) goes to 0 and then it fades back into normal volume. It happens randomly and it's very annoying.

I have a pair of wireless headphones (logitech G435 LIGHTSPEED) and for some reason they are incredibly quiet on my account only. I have tried to disable the 80 db limit, but it had no effect. I think the problem is with my account specifically, as I have used the same headphones on other accounts.
