i have a G432 headset and after changing the pads they're pretty nice. i don't think they're that bad i also own a G435 and G335 for years and they've all been very nice to me. If anything the 335 and 445 get uncomfortable to wear after a bit because you can feel the plastic pushing into your skull

I just leaned into good build quality/comfort/low cost and grabbed a Logitech G432 on sale and have been perfectly happy with it since I got my Series X. It's not flashy and is missing some features you might prefer, but it serves its purpose quite well for me. I did a lot of work for years with som
