Caveat, I'm a PC gamer that doesn't use headsets these days, but I have a sorta big head, I've encountered this SO much lol. But when I did still opt just for headsets before I switched to PC and set myself up with a boom arm mic rig + studio headphones, I loved HyperX's headsets for fit & comfort.

Picked up the new Logitech Astro A50 X two days ago and the headset arrived dead on arrival. The internal battery is 100% toast. It won’t hold a charge, it jumps from 1% → 100% in G Hub, and then immediately drops into blinking-red battery fault mode. Here’s everything I tried (and what support made
