A c922 logitech is under $80, the rest of your money should be spent on lighting.

Yes it does. That’s what I did with my Logitech C922 which hasn’t been used in years. It worked fine to get the demos done.

It's a Logitech C922 that I've pulled apart and removed some stuff from. Made a custom case and interchangable lens adapter for generic mobile phone camera lenses. The C922 isn't a camera I like much - I'd rather have a smaller one with native h264, but it's what I had at the time.

It is a great machine. I use OCLP (Open Core Legacy Patcher) version 2.4.1 from GitHub, and it runs all the way up to macOS Sequoia 15.7. My MacPro5,1 also has updated CPUs, WiFi/BT and GPU. Details below: MacPro5,1 (Mid-2010 ) Updated Dual X5690 CPUs w-12 cores each Maxed out RAM, 8x16GB OWC DIMMs

I just bought the Obsbot Tiny 2 (the original model, not the Lite version) because I found it at a great price at a local retailer and because of all the praise for it in this sub. It's a huge step up from my previous "beginner" webcam (a Logitech c922 pro). It's PTZ, and the quality is simply outst

I had a Logitech c930e and was pretty disappointed with the quality (which I think is in the same class as the c922). I have an old Pixel android phone and installed DroidCam and the DroidCam driver for OBS. It is ridiculously good quality. If you have a spare Android phone, you could save a ton of

This may or may not help because of the $70 constraint, but I recently purchased 4 different web cams before I found one that was actually on par with my cellphone or good enough for me to actually want to keep. I tried the C922, it was not great at all, and I was surprised because of how many peopl

A Logitech c922 is the easiest solution. It doesn't include any movement or a crazy wide FOV or any fancy features. But it would be the easiest solution, in my opinion. Best Buy or Walmart sells them and its an easy USB setup. Personally, a few months ago, I bought this on eBay: Logitech 860-000504

I have a Logitech c922 or whatever it is. Great web cam with mic. I use it all day for work. No problem. No problems with discord either...but whatever Arc has going on for audio input is wack because no one understands or can hear me on proximity chat. I have to lean in close to the mic which would

I use Beam with the Logitech C922 and it’s honestly amazing. I wear glasses and the eye tracking has no issue (I mostly just use the head tracking though). The recent update to it overhauled the fine tuning and once I got that dialled in it’s sooo good. I recommend adjusting settings whilst you’re i
