can you elaborate on this workaround? I currently have a logitech c920 and am running into the same issue that OP explained. i’m looking to upgrade my webcam as I believe that is the issue, but i’m wondering if there is a fix that works for me.

Great decision. Me and my friends are all doing the same, Logitech still refuses to this day to fix its bugs, my C920 no longer works in G Hub, my G502 mouse doesn't work after unplugging the charger, etc... It's such a shitty brand nowadays.

no advice here works for me and Logi Options+ is just worthless marketing, it sees the c920 - thanks for nothing.the camera works fine, not the mic, even though everything seems to be in place, mic test replays nothing, test in a chat client like discord reports mic issue (it knows it's not working)
