you mainly need good image quality + reliable autofocus. Look for logitech c920/c922 or yolocam or j5create 360 cam. These are kinda the standard and just work without issues. and j5 have a 360 view if u move around and all. Just keep an eye on autofocus & exposure control for good streaming

Start small, Logitech c920 pros for whatever angles you wan. They have good quality and attach to tripods. , a decent mic on an arm above, this is where I’d spend a little extra time gathering info about. You want good audio from the rip, it’s very important. No one will watch if your audio is shit.

For play I like Table Top simulator personally (I haven’t tried spell table) and you don’t need a camera to play so if you want one just for chatting Logitech C920 works fine for me

i like the logitech c920. in some interviews i’ve put it on a small tripod and placed it right in front of the monitor so that i can look right at them instead of up/down. something like this
