My best friend gave me a compliment the other week and I can't stop thinking about it.
So I (32m) was joking around with my friend (31f) in taxi on the way to a pub for her birthday and we were talking about my new fitness tracker watch. I told her that my resting heart rate is below 55 and she told me that "It makes sense because you are very calm. Its why I like hanging out with y

YA'LL. I am such a disaster lesbian, I swear to god 😭😭😭😭
There's this girl I like and we work in stores next to each other. Sometimes I go to her store to say hi, sometimes she comes to mine.
I have a fitbit/fitness tracker watch (tracks my heart rate) and the other day I was literally just sitting in the office, minding my own business at work with my

Affordable watch/wearable for heartrate and sleep tracking
I've never had any fitness tracker watch before so I don't know what I'm really looking for. I have a Samsung s21, I'm not having any apple watch. My budget is low, at a maximum maybe £70 so I know it's not going to be able to do everything but what's the best I can get for that money?
I've seen so

HRM rant
Just finished a small road ride, was all excited because I picked up a new Garmin HRM dual chest strap. And it worked for ten seconds then stopped reading my heart beat, I took it apart, checked the battery, restarted my brand new pixel7 and it picked it up right away but no heart beat.(in Strava)

If you take stimulants are you burning more calories?
Went to a festival and had a very elevated heart rate for a prolonged period of time, due to stimulants (and dancing / walking around I guess). My fitness tracker watch said I burned something crazy like 8000 kcals each day.
If your heart rate is artificially elevated by substances, then are you b

Does a ‘Fitbit Inspire 2’ have a “Sitting Intervention” feature where it reminds you to walk/stand when you’ve been sitting for a certain period of time?
If so, how do you activate / adjust that feature?
I mostly care about this feature and the heart rate monitoring feature. So please suggest me an affordable fitness tracker watch that performs these two things reliably.
Link to the product I’m referring to.

My In-Depth Review of the IP68 Smart Watch from Csasan – Bad Reviewers
Last month, my old fitness tracker died after a pool workout—so I needed a truly waterproof replacement. The IP68 Smart Watch from Csasan caught my eye as a top-rated, budget-friendly option promising full submersion protection. I decided to test it through everything from daily showers to actual sw

Smart scale or basic scale? Fitness tracker watch recommendations please
I have a 30 yr old Sunbeam scale that works fine….. I think. It’s never the same as the Dr. scale, but I also don’t strip down at the Dr.’s office. I was debating getting a new scale just to update. I’ve seen a lot of scales that give tons of information besides just weight. Do you all use the smart

Reasonably priced fitness tracker watch that's tailor made for tracking performance whilst swimming?
I'm trying to recover from a chronic health condition called POTS, and I need to find and record a heart rate zone where I can do laps without triggering my nervous system into major hyperarousal. So I'm trying to find a watch that shows accurate readings. I know with these watches you can't expect

Arbitrary logging and syncing of activities. Is GoogleFit even worth it?
Judging by the posts in this sub, I am not the only one having issues with GoogleFit. I'll add my issue to the pile as perhaps someone has an answer or others can relate
I have a cheap fitness tracker watch off amazon. It uses an app called VeryFit to track its data. I am (sort of) able to sync it
