I bought an old router (linksys WRT54G and an Asus RT-AC65U which I modify with ddwrt fw) from a 2nd hand shop near me, and also 2 small lan switches of 5 ports each. Pretty much what I need for my old consoles and I can set up the router for wifi. I think those 4 things cost me less than 20 dollars
