I had exactly the same issue. Fixed it by adding another router with SQM, which eats some speed to fix the spikes. I have had consistent ~65ms ping to CS2, stable ping in warframe, and others too. Previous score:https://www.waveform.com/tools/bufferbloat?test-id=8bac6e83-fa31-4d46-a0dd-925494682dc7

Luci attended sysupgrade is incredibly seamless and quick. I opened Luci, clicked upgrade, and it was complete before my youtube tab even paused to buffer. Linksys E8450 with no issues.

This morning, I have been trying to upgrade my Linksys E8450's from 23 to 24-rc5 in preparation for the final release. I've been able to carefully & manually finish 3 out of 4 so far. Thanks to the folks on this subreddit and OpenWRT's Wiki guide on providing the extra files and steps! It was a bit

Linksys E8450 was $US85, still getting vendor updates, and runs OpenWRT very well.

Try downloading the sysupgrade from here: https://firmware-selector.openwrt.org/?version=24.10.4&target=mediatek%2Fmt7622&id=linksys_e8450-ubi Uncheck Keep settings and retain current configuration. The image check should pass and you should be able to flash without any issues.
